Soulfest is upon us!

SoulFestBanner-2

'Mind Yourself from the inside, out.
Don't fear your feelings, know them.'

That's the #Soulfest15 message, and we've got one hell of a line-up to help you do it!

#Soulfest15 is this year's MSU Mental Health & Wellbeing Week: We want you to look after yourselves mind, body & soul. Regardless of what's happening in your life, it's alright not to feel ok - and there are people all around you who want to chat and listen. This week do what you know is good for your soul - listen to music, laugh, dance, read, eat, debate, exercise, watch movies, hang out with friends, organise your day to make sure you're starting it right and you're getting sleep. Take a minute away from the pressure and do something you love. Drop by #Soulfest15 HQ in the Common Room all week for free fruit, care-packs, as well as tea & coffee.
