8 Tips to help you during your exams

  1. Plan, organize & prioritize – make yourself a study timetable & stick to it. Use your time as efficiently as possible.

  2. Exercise/clear your head - Nothing beats aerobic exercise for releasing pent-up stress and tension. South campus has some great walkways. Just get out of the library and fill your lungs with fresh air

  3. Eat a healthy diet - Start your day right with breakfast, and keep your energy up and your mind clear with balanced, nutritious meals throughout the day. Avoid caffeine & sugar & drink plenty of water

  4. Get enough sleep -Adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body & is so important. Feeling tired will increase your stress because it may cause you to think irrationally.

  5. Talk: to your friends, family, MSU and/or support services. No one should go through their exams alone. Share your worries & anxieties & remember that there is always someone there to listen, so please talk.

  6. Treat yourself - Do something you enjoy everyday to help you escape from the studying & exams: A bath, walk, playlist, kick-about or cuppa may help you go back at the studying with renewed vigor & focus!

  7. Power of Positive thinking – be positive & confident in your own abilities & put the exams into perspective. Spend time with people who make you feel good &
